The epidemiology of Campylobacter species in wild birds is still poorly understood. This study describes the occurrence and genetic diversity adult nestlings yellow-legged gulls, highlighting differences between breeding locations. gulls were captured Croatia 2021 2023. A cloacal swab was taken from each individual tested for presence Campylobacter. Isolated genotyped using multilocus sequence typing (MLST) method. total 1071 sampled, which 152 samples identified as species, with jejuni (9.90%) being most frequently isolated bacterium, followed by lari (3.36%) coli (0.93%). Complete type (ST) profiles generated 141 isolates: 100 C. jejuni, 33 lari, 8 coli. significant difference positive found depending on sampling sites, while both site age jejuni. Adults showed high there no strains adults or suggesting a genotype flow studied gull population.
