Abstract Objectives There is no report on antibody titers after vaccination against SARS-CoV-2 in Japanese dialysis patients. As different between Japan and other countries, changes were examined. Methods Baseline characteristics anti-spike protein (Roche) over 90 days administration of the BNT162b2 messenger RNA vaccine investigated Results The maximum titer second dose was 737.9 (326.8 to 1143.4) reached at 19 (17 24.3) dose. Antibody decreased time, with 770 (316.4 1089) 15 days, 385 (203 689.7) 30 253.5 (138 423) 60 208 (107 375) When an 137.052 U/mL assumed be a measure related breakthrough infection, proportion subjects exceeding this level 90.1% 85.3% 75.0% 65.4% decrease below defined as event, pre-dialysis albumin ≥ 3.5 significantly less likely experience event than < 3.5. In addition, study suggests that presence levels 313 might factor maintaining Conclusions patients approximately 30% those non-dialysis individuals reported otherwise, it similar countries. Whether additional needed should determined based indicators serving factors well status spread infection.

ARTICLE COVID -19 in renal replacement therapy patients 1 against many countries, right after health care professionals. The current review presents the most important differences among treated with terms of epidemiology -19, course disease, prognosis and prevention, as well challenges associated improving this group on eve subsequent pandemic waves. Different characteristics patientsIn CKD, particularly those requiring therapy, dysfunction immune system is found, consisting its accelerated aging, weakening humoral cellular functions, impaired regulation proinflammatory reactions, chronic inflammation. 6 Most such are elderly people Introduction Since outbreak Wuhan December 2019, numerous reports have been published that unequivocally demonstrate an increased incidence mortality from kidney disease (CKD), is, hemodialysis (HD) transplant recipients (KTRs). Studies various countries shown population characterized by a very severe COVID-19, ending death almost every third patient. 2 This led to situation where, dialysis centers, percentage who died during was several times higher than corresponding period before pandemic. 3-5As consequence, HD immunocompromised individuals organ transplantation were preferentially vaccinated
