The health sector, including the pharmaceutical is one of those affected by technological evolution. For instance, industrial revolution 4.0 created a renaissance for community pharmacy services, such as online pharmacy. COVID-19 pandemic accelerated purchase goods and services include medicine. aim our research was to evaluate user perception applications in young adult age. An cross-sectional study conducted between January 14$^{th}$-March 13$^{th}$, 2022. A 10-item questionnaire with single choice 5-point Likert scale answers used implemented Google forms. sampling 77 respondents from 102 responses collected. Data analysis SPSS 25. Results showed valid reliable. There were 5 that i.e., HaloDoc, GrabHealth, GoMed, Alodokter, Good Doctor. Overall, had good positive about these applications.

That is telemedicine, which become more commonplace amid lockdowns. The pandemic status ended today, but since telemedicine numerous benefits, innovation must stay accessible. This systematic review aimed describe and factors could enablers barriers. Design literature search for was conducted in November 2024. articles reviewed were published 2019–2024 selected from Science Direct, Springer, ProQuest, EBSCOhost databases. Results research used qualitative methods. Based on results, screening process, articles, we enabling barriers through users' (patients) providers' (health practitioners) points view. We also define infrastructures, such as smart city development, that contribute development telemedicine. Conclusions Future into people's perception developing technology, finding alternatives getting electricity internet connection with a low budget will promote utilization.
