Grounded on the Affective Event Theory and Quality of Telework Model, this cross-sectional study examined impact perceived advantage remote workstation work performance if relationship is mediated through intensity moderated by worktime autonomy. The was operationalised as arithmetical difference between home office in-site quality. A sample 349 Italian researchers involved in hybrid arrangements completed an online questionnaire. Results show that employees who preferred their than in-office workplace tended to perform better remotely; mediating effect not observed; finally, autonomy positively intensity. This offers theoretical practical insights for designing effective workplaces, emphasising importance quality determining performance.

Dunia pasca-pandemi telah mendorong peralihan ke penetapan sistem kerja jarak jauh atau teleworking sebagai pengaturan permanen bagi sebagian besar perusahaan dan organisasi. Namun, persebaran fisik dari rekan adanya ketergantungan pada teknologi menimbulkan penurunan perilaku inovatif karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bentuk knowledge sharing, yaitu tacit explicit, tingkat psychological safety, terhadap intensi teleworker pekerja jauh. menggunakan experimental vignette method dengan desain penelitian 2x2 between-subject hasil diuji analisis two-way ANOVA. 248 partisipan didapatkan melalui teknik convenience sampling kriteria di marketplace/e-commerce Indonesia masa minimal 1 tahun. Setiap menerima secara acak satu dalam narasi skenario yang merupakan kombinasi variasi kedua variabel bebas stimulus manipulasi, sehingga terbagi menjadi 4 kelompok berdasarkan diterima. Partisipan kemudian mengisi kuesioner Skala Perilaku Kerja Inovatif dimodifikasi skala intensi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sharing (F (1, 244) = 349.14, p < .001) safety 512.4, memiliki signifikan terdapat efek interaksi antara keduanya 149.05, .001). Teleworker melakukan lingkungan tinggi lebih besar.

In today's dynamic work environment, understanding the impact of hybrid working on job performance is crucial. Many organizations, including FELCRA Berhad, adopted during COVID-19 pandemic to enhance employee efficiency and flexibility. This study explores Berhad's satisfaction evaluates potential success post-pandemic. Using a quantitative research design purposive sampling, data were collected from Berhad employees through online physical questionnaires. The analyzed with IBM SPSS Version 28 examine relationship between (working conditions, work-life balance, recognition) performance, as moderating factor. results indicated significant positive conditions performance. While balance recognition showed moderate relationships they not statistically significant. Job did significantly these relationships.
