Abstract Objectives In Indonesia, the Weekly Iron Folic Acid (WIFA) supplementation program has been running since 2016 to prevent anemia and stunting in future. The Healthy Adolescents Stunting Prevention ( Remaja Sehat Cegah , known as “RS Centing” program) Gresik Regency, effective increasing adolescent understanding of prevention. prevalence Gunungkidul Regency remains high reached 22.2 %, exceeding national target 14 %. This study aims analyze whether health is a priority prevention Regency. Methods uses qualitative method with phenomenological approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews focus group discussion (FGDs) participants selected by purposive sampling. respondents this comprised 10 officials from PKPR (adolescents care services), local department, Satgas (stunting task force). Results results revealed that three main themes emerged FGD, namely: (1) Program implementation; (2) barriers (3) suggestions. Conclusions implementation still constrained lack adequate funding human resources, well weak monitoring, evaluation, continuity.
