OT has gained attention for its high polyphenol content and therapeutic potential. To elucidate this further, study investigated the electron-shuttling bioactive compounds of evaluated their effect on dysregulated breast cancer (BC) genes. extracts were obtained via solvent extraction (SE) supercritical fluid (SFE), followed by in vitro assays. O tumor venéreo transmissível (TVT) é uma neoplasia de células redondas, contagiosa, cosmopolita e comumente localizada na genitália cães. Apesar ser maligna, as metástases não são comuns, entretanto quando ocorrem podem afetar o fígado, baço, glândula mamária, pulmão, linfonodos cérebro. aumento da capacidade proliferativa das principais características tumorais, tornando índice mitótico um componente útil para avaliar a proliferação celular, caracterizar agressividade tumores, bem como auxiliar avaliação do prognóstico escolha tratamento. Foram atendidos 14 animais portadores TVT no Hospital Veterinário Escola Universidade Estadual Norte Paraná (HVE-UENP), qual foram diagnosticados mediante exame citopatológico. Em seguida, durante leitura lâminas citológicas, avaliou-se por meio contagem 10 campos aleatórios objetiva 40x. número mitoses foi correlacionado com classificação citomorfológica tempo tratamento utilizando sulfato vincristina. Os maiores índices mitóticos observados em classificadas tipo linfocitóide, sendo que 66,6% dos casos necessário máximo sessões (4 sessões) maior pode apresentar melhor resposta ao vincristina, explicado pelo mecanismo ação dessa droga.
