Abstract
Peripartum
depression
(PPD)
is
a
major
complication
of
pregnancy
and
many
risk
factors
have
been
associated
with
its
development,
including
dysfunctional
coping
strategies
insecure
attachment
styles,
both
during
postpartum.
The

study
was
to
investigate
the
role
in
mediating
relationship
between
women’s
style
PPD
pregnancy,

after
childbirth,

Neuroticism

of
affective
disorders
and
perinatal
depression.

with:

higher
scores
on
EPDS;
(b)
anxiety
experience
close
relationships;
(c)
lower
wellbeing;
(d)
resilience;
(e)
active
coping;
(f)
self-blame.
Our
findings
may
suggest
that
specific
factor
should
be
routinely
clinical
screening
order
promote
an
early
referral
or
psychiatric
support
services.
