The new coronavirus SARS Cov2 disease from 2019. (COVID-19), started as a cluster of unexplained pneumonia cases in Wuhan December 2019, has spread globally and caused serious public health threat. People were scared due to the COVID-19 that rapidly increasing all over world quick changes how people lived. pandemic affected various aspects life, one which is increased use internet, especially social media platforms. Past research clearly linked with signs stress, depression, anxiety, suicide thoughts, well excessive internet use. findings conducted around indicate higher level stress associated an individual, greater tendency develop addiction internet. aim this paper was provide brief overview available scientific on impact mental addiction. Methods: A sweep through literature performed using database Medline via PubMed interface for articles written English, keywords MeSH terms "Internet addiction", "mental health" "COVID-19". Results: With insight into COVID-19, health, addiction, we have concluded during pandemic, time spent increased. Conclusion: Additionally, reduced activities, above mentioned consequently led thus psychological distress, loneliness depression.
