Abstract
Background
Biometric
recognition,

traits

fingerprints,
faces,
and
irises,
has
advanced
significantly,
enabling
accurate
identification.
Despite
progress,

Zambian
healthcare

limited.

study
explored
workers’
patients'
perceptions
experiences
regarding
biometric
technology
settings,

for
informed
decision-making

design.
