Abstract This paper aims to delineate the significant role of artificial intelligence (AI) in developing soft skills future information technology (IT) professionals. To achieve this goal, authors give some relevant considerations concerning using AI teaching humanitarian subjects and explore use develop essential for IT First, analysis survey results confirms that students are not aware education is very helpful. That why many (51.8%) do them at all. Therefore, we have an intention examples tools educational purposes equip students, first all, with understanding value, and, secondly, let complete tasks contribute development improvement their skills. Second, defined (communication, negotiation, problem-solving, finding a common language colleagues clients, public speaking, intercultural) conducting professional communication sphere satisfy demands industry modern-day world.
