A cell-surface ectonucleotidase CD39 mediates the conversion of extracellular ATP into immunosuppressive adenosine with another CD73. Anti-CD39 monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), suppress enzymatic activity, can be applied to therapy. Therefore, an understanding relationship between inhibitory activity epitope mAbs is important.
