Global warming and the global energy crisis are two major challenges humanity is currently confronting that pressuring scientific community to find efficient, low cost environmentally sustainable solutions. Within this context, hydrogen has emerged as a clean efficient carrier promising replace hazardous fossil fuels. The present study, of relevance water splitting domain, concerns synthesis novel hybrid structures, based on perovskite materials functionalized with polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP). electrolysis catalytic activity these new was evaluated in strongly alkaline medium. Perovskite-based modified electrodes were manufactured through four different procedures. samples displayed electrocatalytic for O2 evolution reaction most active electrode one obtained by drop-casting mixture LaMnO3:Ag/PVP, Carbon Black Nafion graphite support. study aimed at succeeds increasing database concerning role oxides field.
