Obesity poses significant challenges in rural communities worldwide due to limited resources and healthcare access. Practical, innovative, culturally sensitive approaches are essential. Time-Restricted Eating (TRE), aligning food intake with circadian rhythms, emerges as a promising strategy. By restricting eating specific time windows, TRE synchronizes the body's internal clock, offering potential metabolic health benefits. This review examines TRE's obesity management, highlighting its simplicity scalability. While may address disparities, cultural considerations such undernutrition must be acknowledged for effective implementation. Overall, shows promise improving well-being populations.
