The aim of this study was to evaluate the use a flexible synthetic polymer bone graft provide implant stability in absence during placement dense cortical model. Sockets were prepared on polyurethane blocks according standard socket drilling protocol control group, both oversizing and deepening group 2, only 3. In groups 2 3, grafts placed sockets prior placement. implants at level all groups. highest torque value obtained recorded as insertion torque. 75 sites 3 included study. values significantly higher than those with oversized deepened oversized-only (p<0.05; p<0.01).The (p<0.01). study, shown be effective achieving management loss primary stability.
