In the following article I analyze determinants of regular internet users in Italian regions. The data is analyzed both terms static analysis and also through application k-Means algorithm optimized with Elbow method. Subsequently, an econometric model presented for estimating regions based on variables that reflect state technological innovation digital culture. results are discussed light implications digitalisation has triggering economic growth.
