More than 20 years after the discovery of first anelloviruses (AVs), they still remain a mysterious group viruses. To date, there is no clear understanding their impact on host organism, although information emerging about participation in various pathologies. However, it well known that AVs are an important component human virome. In current study we assessed abundance viromes from four nasal and pharyngeal samples children with respiratory symptoms using metagenomic approach. It worth noting three patients had viruses one did not have any. Regarding AVs, were detected all samples, namely Torque teno mini virus (TTMV). The greatest diversity (Torque (TTV), TTMV midi (TTMDV)) shown diseased patient absence viruses, which may indicate potential involvement maintenance symptoms. An activated immune system to combat main pathogens, against background number decreases, discussed as possible reason for reduced anellome other patients. We also compared results approach qPCR major agreement. addition, sequencing made obtain additional data viral genomes order establish taxonomic identification characterize individual profiles Siberian part Russia.
