The coronavirus 2019 pandemic has influenced the internationalization of higher education, reflecting its broader impacts on economic, geopolitical, and technological development countries. Governments have prioritized education post-pandemic to generate income create a sustainable economy by cultivating foreign language talents. Although there are studies analyzing through students’ mobility, in our case, is scarcity between China Spain; particular, Spanish universities lack references attract more Chinese students. To bridge this gap literature, we conducted semi-structured interviews with eight experts implementation from four Spain. findings reveal that associated promoting regional development, their students can access better quality education. Key motivators for Spain include improved world ranking demand courses English. biggest obstacle cooperation both countries communication, trusted intermediary could overcome part problem. Moreover, use new technologies facilitate development.
