This paper investigates the significant impact of China’s strategic initiatives, notably “Going Global” strategy Belt Road Initiative (BRI), on operational practices Chinese enterprises involved in overseas investments. Central to this transformation is Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) model, which emphasizes supply chain management stakeholder collaboration enhance performance EPC projects underscores crucial role these elements promoting sustainability. Incorporating insights from social network data analysis, study reveals that contractors collaborating with various stakeholders—such as owners/consulting engineers, domestic foreign customs departments, group headquarters/design parties—exhibit a high degree similarity personnel profiles. suggests internal organizational structure allocation could be optimized efficiency, aligning collaborative patterns identified. addresses critical research gap by exploring how effective engagement within multinational contribute outcomes.
