(1) Background: The rapid development of information technology has changed the traditional concept space, gradually shifting "container space" to "relational . constraints geographical spatial elements are diminishing, and theory virtual agglomeration is gaining attention. (2) Methods: In this study, we constructed an evaluation system for agglomeration, comprising four primary indicators: infrastructure level, output input service level. TOPSIS method was used calculate level each province, DEA-Malmquist employed measure provincial total factor productivity (TFP) in China. Using panel data from 30 regions China 2013 2021, examined mechanism impact path on TFP. (3) Result: There inverted U-shaped relationship between TFP overall relatively low, within range where marginal effect positive but indicating significant potential further development. stronger Yangtze River Economic Belt compared non-Yangtze areas, highest stable point higher central provinces than eastern western provinces. (4) Conclusions: This study provides a theoretical basis practical reference improving
