In China, preschool teachers have a significant influence on the development of young children aged 3-6. It is imperative to understand their mental health and factors associated with it inform policies, optimize well-being, support job performance. This study aimed investigate contributing anxiety symptoms among teachers. A sample 393 Chinese (279 females, 114 males) 21-56 completed online questionnaires collecting socio-demographic work-related information assessing symptoms, interpersonal difficulties, personality traits, perceived stress, resilience, inner strength.
