The immune response is crucial in Pregnancy Loss (RPL), which affects 1-2% of women. In RPL, peripheral blood lymphocytes and local cells are activated with a concomitant decrease the leukocyte tolerogenic uterus decidua. IL-17 plays an essential role T cell activation, weakening responses cells. report aims to analyze genetic polymorphism, circulating lymphocyte populations, reaction upon priming, amount cytokine serum, number T-reg group 50 RPL normal women from admixed Venezuelan population. No differences were observed polymorphisms rs2275913 rs763780. A significant (P<0.001) was patients compared controls IL-17+ populations CD3+, CD8+, CD56+, CD4CD25 FoxP3, but not CD4IL17+ priming significantly decreased all subpopulations as controls. It concluded that despite increase IL-17A serum patients, stimulation (p<0.001). polymorphism suggest biological factors influence levels must be carefully studied.
