This study analyzed methodologies for identifying β-casein genotypes in dairy cows and the purity of A2 fermented milk. The research was justified by need quick accurate techniques herd screening milk quality control. methodology included development an ELISA test to detect A1 evaluation a commercial Lateral Flow Immuno Assay (LFIA) identify A2A2 results showed that had high sensitivity specificity (100%) detecting A1. LFIA 100% effective verifying with minimum detectable contamination 5% raw 10% Compared traditional genotyping, these methods proved be highly reliable more practical large-scale screening. It concluded were valuable tools ensuring authenticity milk, meeting demands producers consumers safe healthy products.
