Manure-compost-soil is the main pathway for use of agricultural livestock waste. Biochar, regarded as conditioner, was beneficial to nitrogen fixation during aerobic composting, and enhancement soil organic matter (OM) content, when applied with compost soil. But, manure-compost-soil process also related microbial succession, whether biochar could affect this succession not studied. In paper, we investigated influence on its community succession. Compared control group, increased OM total content compost. biochar-based improved carbon (TC) The genera initial composting sample were Saccharomonospora, Atopostipes Lactobacillus, eliminated after high-temperature fermentation. Lysobacter, Glutamicibacter Streptomyces dominant in samples, promoting plant growth. Nocardiopsis, Bacillus Oceanobacillus dominated whole process. Thus, eliminate toxic or negative bacteria that directly input into by manure. Those from flux make an important contribution OM’s cycle.
