Disorder
(ADHD),
Autism

(ASD),

Tourette
Syndrome
(TS),
have
been
extensively
studied
for
their
multifaceted
impacts
on
psychological,
social,
emotional
well-being.
Recently,
there
has
growing
interest
in
potential
relationship
with
fracture
risks
adulthood.
This
study
aims
to
explore
the
associations
between
these
disorders
rates,
considering
factors
like
self-harm
impact
of
psychotropic
medications.
Methods
Employing
a
novel
approach,
this
utilized
Mendelian
randomization
(MR)
analysis
investigate
complex
interplay
ADHD,
ASD,
TS,
fractures.
The
MR
framework,
leveraging
extensive
genomic
datasets,
facilitated
systematic
examination

relationships
