ABSTRACT
Background
Significant
limitations
in
daily
life
characterize
end‐stage
lung
diseases
(ESLD)
due
to
symptoms
such
as
dyspnea,
recurrent
infections,
side
effects
of
immunosuppressive
medication,
and
frequent
need
for
hospitalizations.
In
addition
physical
symptoms,
ESLD
is
associated
with
emotional
social
sources
distress
depression,
anxiety,
fear
dying,
financial
concerns,
regular
relocation.
A
transplant
can
significantly
affect
the
recipients’
domains,
from
well‐being
relationships
roles.
Objective
This
study
aims
assess
quality
adult
recipients
Saudi
Arabia.
Method
cross‐sectional
quantitative
design
was
employed
using
self‐administered
World
Health
Organization
Quality
Life
(WHOQOL‐BREF)
questionnaire,
a
sociodemographic
clinical
medical
chart
review.
The
conducted
tertiary
care
center
Data
were
collected
November
2023
April
2024.
Results
One
hundred
fifty‐seven
individuals
mean
age
45
years
had
completed
there
no
participant
refusal
(Response
rate
=
100%).
Males
accounted
61.1%,
most
participants
married
(63.7%).
About
half
(44.6%)
at
least
one
comorbidity
outside
ESLD.
Only
26.7%
working
post‐transplant.
Overall,
data
strongly
suggests
that
adjust
recover
post‐transplant,
they
tend
feel
increasingly
positive
time.
Most
rated
their
health
satisfaction
high.

Conclusion
study's
findings
showed
good
overall
across
various
moderate
scores,

Abstract
Background
The
Procalcitonin
(PCT)
and
C-reactive
protein
(CRP)/albumin
ratio
have
recently
been
used
to
predict
early
prognosis
for
intensive
care
unit
(ICU)
patients
undergoing
major
surgery.
But
there
were
few
clinical
studies
in
after
lung
transplantation
(LTX).
Aim/Purpose
