dentistry,
the
stability
of
workforce

for
maintaining
access
to
quality
oral
health
services.
Despite
its
urgency
importance,
comprehensive
synthesis
factors
influencing
dental
sector
lacking.
This
systematic
review
seeks
fill
this
gap
by
evaluating
current
literature
identifying
determinants
retention.Aim: The
primary
objective
identify
analyse

influence
globally,
specifically
healthcare
dentistry.
