Abstract BackgroundWorkforce retention is a critical and urgent problem in healthcare, significantly affecting service delivery, patient care, organisational efficiency. In dentistry, the stability of workforce not just important; it essential for maintaining access to quality oral health services. Despite its urgency importance, comprehensive synthesis factors influencing dental sector lacking. This systematic review seeks fill this gap by evaluating current literature identifying determinants retention.Aim:The primary objective identify analyse that influence globally, specifically healthcare dentistry. The aims inform effective strategies policymakers public health.Methods: will employ methodology search, select, synthesise relevant literature. Multiple databases including PubMed, Cochrane Library, Embase (Ovid), Medline PsycINFO (Ovid) were searched using combination keywords related "dentistry," "workforce retention," "employment factors." selection process involved rigorous screening titles, abstracts, full texts, adhering predefined inclusion exclusion criteria focusing primarily on observational studies, cross-sectional surveys, qualitative research. Data extraction was standardized, assessed established bias assessment tools. either thematic or meta-synthetic depending homogeneity data collected. expected range intrinsic extrinsic factors, further classified as macro, meso, micro impact among professionals. These may include but are limited job satisfaction, compensation, work environment, professional development opportunities, support. findings provide basis recommendations how administrators care institutions can improve stability, paramount responses sustainable delivery
