Abstract Background: The concept of eating-related eco-concern (EREC) has recently been introduced to the literature designate way in which may impact disordered eating. Researchers suggest that EREC tap into a unique dimension eating behavior not addressed by commonly used measures. This study aims analyze factor structure, reliability, cross-sex measurement invariance and validity Arabic-language version Eating-Related Eco-Concern Scale among adults from general population. Methods: cross-sectional research enrolled 763 Lebanese who participated completing newly translated Arabic via an online survey. We followed EFA-CFA strategy validate scale. Results: Both EFA CFA showed one-factor structure. reliability was excellent as shown alpha coefficient (= .91) omega CFA. across sex established at configural, metric, scalar levels for No statistically significant difference between males females found terms scores. More eco concerns correlated significantly positively with higher climate anxiety eco-guilt, attesting its concurrent validity. Conclusion: Our findings affirm adaptation Scale. brief simple tool could be different settings Arabic-speaking population encourage cross-cultural on matters intersection climate, habits mental well-being.
