Background
Digital
payment
systems

acceptance

regarding
payments
by

an
extended
version
of
Trust
Technology
Acceptance
Model
(TAM)
incorporating
Theory
Planned
Behavior
(TPB).
Methods
We
conducted
a
qualitative
analysis
using
interview
data
from
509
respondents
applied
Structural
Equation
Modeling
(SEM)
evaluate
relationships
key
variables.
The
model
allows
for
comprehensive
examination
both
technological
trust-related
factors
influencing
adoption.
Results
Our
revealed
that
all
standardized
path
coefficients
were
positively
significant,
except
perceived
usefulness
(PU)
attitude
(ATT).
findings
confirm
while
primarily
driven
Internet
communication
technologies,
addressing
issues

enhancing
user
TAM
identifies
ease
use,
alongside
trust,
as
critical
affecting
behavioral
intention.

TPB
