The rapid advancement of generative artificial intelligence (AI), exemplified by tools like ChatGPT, has transformed the healthcare landscape, particularly in patient education and patient-physician relationship. While AI traditionally focused on data analysis predictive analytics, rise introduced new opportunities challenges interactions, information dissemination, overall dynamics care. This narrative review explores dual impact healthcare, examining its role enhancing patients' understanding medical conditions, promoting self-care, supporting decision-making. Additionally, considers potential risks, such as erosion trust relationship spread misinformation, while addressing ethical implications future integration into clinical practice. A comprehensive literature search, conducted using databases PubMed, MEDLINE, Scopus, Google Scholar, included studies published between 2010 2024 that discussed education, engagement, Findings show significantly enhance health literacy making complex more accessible, personalized, interactive, thus empowering patients to take a active managing their healthcare. However, risks misinformation undermining were also identified, with case highlighting both positive negative outcomes. To fully harness it is essential integrate these thoughtfully, ensuring they complement rather than replace personalized care provided physicians. Future research should focus optimizing AI's practice maintain trust, communication, quality

Artificial intelligence has transformed educational environments by facilitating processes such as information retrieval, assisted writing, automated feedback, and personalized tutoring. Within university settings, the adoption of technologies capable autonomously generating content increased rapidly, becoming a common academic resource for students. However, this accelerated integration poses ethical challenges, particularly when tools are used without clear understanding their implications. This study aimed to examine how students’ emotional attitudes (affective), (cognitive), practical use (behavioral) AI relate engagement with these technologies. A structured questionnaire was administered 833 students in Ecuador. The instrument showed excellent internal consistency (α = 0.992; Ω 0.992), validity analyses confirmed that dimensions measured distinct but related constructs. ChatGPT reported most tool (62.2%), followed Gemini Siri. structural model indicated cognitive substantially influenced behavior (β 0.413 β 0.567, respectively), whereas frequent alone exhibited no significant effect −0.128; p 0.058). These results suggest is primarily driven reflection knowledge rather than habit. contributes literature modeling different learning shape underscores relevance aligning practices socially responsible uses emerging

This study explores the transformational potential of generative artificial intelligence (GAI) in commerce fraud detection and prevention within e-commerce, highlighting growing risk fraudulent activities due to rise online transactions data-driven various industries, including finance, healthcare. Conventional rule-based systems often fail keep up with evolving strategies, whereas GAI, employing tools like GANs variational autoencoders, can generate synthetic yet realistic data uncover sophisticated schemes. The chapter presents successful real-world examples GAI applications, emphasizing need for ethical considerations, such as privacy bias prevention, ensure responsible AI implementation. concludes that offers a potent, adaptive, strategy combat fraud, promising safer digital environment if implications are carefully managed.
