The purpose of the current study was to determine relationship between ribonucleotide reductase M1 (RRM1), topoisomerase II alpha (TOP2A), Thymidylate synthase (TYMS), class III beta-tubulin (TUBB3) and phosphatase tensin homolog (PTEN) expressions relapse-free survival (RFS) in early-stage invasive breast cancer (IBC) patients with hormone receptor positive (HR+), as well develop a nomogram model for forecasting RFS. Early-stage IBC HR+ who were diagnosed treated at First Affiliated Hospital Xi'an Jiaotong University from June 2017 December 2020 enrolled this study. analysis performed by utilizing Kaplan-Meier method, risk factors linked patient RFS determined performing Cox regression analysis. predicting stablished validated based on results In total, 126 included Among these patients, 23 cases experienced relapse after surgery, median 29 months. Significant relationships observed TYMS, RRM1, TUBB3, TOP2 PTEN, Ki67 human epidermal growth factor 2 (HER2) revealed that chemotherapy higher expression levels TOP2A, HER2 independent predictors HR+. we constructed using above exhibited good ability Chemotherapy, HER2, developed is reliable tool population.
