Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of non-noncommunicable mortality worldwide. Therefore, this study analyzes mediating effect dizziness and fatigue in relationship between stress sleep quality patients with heart disease. This was conducted on diagnosed by a cardiologist from December 7, 2021 to August 30, 2022 at Outpatient Department Cardiology Hanyang University Hospital Guri-si, Gyeonggi-do. To verify serial multiple mediation effect, analysis performed using SPSS Macro Process Model 6 as most appropriate verification method for study. The indicated that more participant experienced, severe their physical psychological poorer sleep. Also, fatigue, worse In other words, summary, which affects quality, variable directly means can affect through parameters, sequentially; research model thus be considered partial mediator model. Fatigue cardiovascular had direct there quality. it necessary develop management program improve well nursing intervention plan alleviate control such patients.

Abstract Objective: Post-myocardial infarction heart failure (post-MI HF) is a prevalent cardiovascular disease. The study aims to preliminarily explore the current research status and development trends in field of post-MI HF, providing reference ideas methods for clinical scientific research. Methods: Publications related HF from 2012-2022 Web Science Core Collection's SCI-expanded dataset were extracted. Bibliometric analysis was executed using VOSviewer R-bibliometrix, encompassing number publications, countries, institutions, authors, journals, cited references, keywords. Results: Within last decade, 10,929 publications domain published, involving 58,357 authors 10,437 institutions across 120 different countries regions. These findings appeared 1,446 distinct journals. United States led with Harvard Medical School being most active institution Kober, Lars University Copenhagen, Denmark, as leading author. Plos One prolific journal, while Circulation had highest citation count. Over past hotspots mainly centered on mortality, cardiac remodeling, prognosis. In recent two years, emphasis shifted topics such mendelian randomization, dapagliflozin, sacubitril/valsartan, COVID-19, machine learning. Conclusion: reveals overall performance field. prognosis patients remodeling have been over yet mortality readmission remain urgent challenges. Future this may revolve around mechanisms apoptosis, inflammation, well studies patient rates. Additionally, echocardiography magnetic resonance technology are gradually becoming important evaluating drug efficacy elucidating mechanisms.
