Chronic venous disease (CVD) is a prevalent condition in adults, significantly affecting the global elderly population, with higher incidence women than men. The modulation of gene expression through microRNA (miRNA) partly regulated development cardiovascular (CVD). Previous research identified functional analysis seven genes (CDS2, HDAC5, PPP6R2, PRRC2B, TBC1D22A, WNK1, and PABPC3) as targets miRNAs related to CVD. In this context, emerge essential candidates for CVD diagnosis, representing novel molecular biological knowledge. This work aims identify, by network analysis, involved potential biomarkers, either interacting small molecules such toxins pollutants or searching new drugs. Our study shows an updated landscape signaling pathways involving pathology. latest includes data found experimental tests uses predictions propose both biomarkers develop diagnostic therapeutic methods early detection clinical setting. addition, our pharmacological has, first time, shown how use these find that may regulate them. Between research, toxins, pollutants, drugs showed outstanding interactions miRNAs. One them, hesperidin, widely prescribed drug treating modulating associated CVD, was used reference interact Among exhibit same miRNA profile include desoximetasone, curcumin, flurandrenolide, trifluridine, fludrocortisone, diflorasone, gemcitabine, floxuridine, reversine. Further investigation improve treatment disease. Additionally, supporting diagnosing predicting crucial.

ABSTRACT Periodontitis (PDS) is one of the most common and crippling systemic diseases. It a chronic inflammatory condition that leads to loss periodontal attachment, resulting in tooth loss. In addition its effects on oral health nutrition, PDS closely linked other conditions such as diabetes mellitus (DM), cardiovascular diseases (CVD), rheumatoid arthritis (RA). The active role inflammation oxidation health, well their relationship with therapy, has been investigated. This review explores evidence how therapy dietary lifestyle can help reduce inflammation, limit oxidation, prevent related pathologies. Nonsurgical (NSPT) nutrition have extensively discussed potential contributors positive clinical outcomes by resolving pathogenic pathways. NSPT, foods, supplements represent therapeutic strategies address underlying mechanisms at various stages. A key finding from this treatment, conjunction nutritional counseling, improve PDS, DM, CVD, RA. However, for composition be effective, they should integrated into sustainable, long‐term lifestyle.

The blood-testis barrier (BTB) is composed of tight junctions (TJ) between adjacent Sertoli cells (SCs) and crucial for sperm growth development. Aging-induced TJ impairment closely related to testicular dysfunction. Curcumin, a natural compound, has been widely demonstrated have wide range pharmacological activities, but its regulatory effects on junction damage in the testis remain unclear. We here explored effect curcumin function underlying molecular mechanism by using D-galactose (D-gal)-induced mouse SCs (TM4) aging models vitro . In this study, D-gal increased expression aging-related proteins p16 p21, whereas significantly decreased (ZO-1, Claudin-4, Claudin-7, Occludin). addition, restored adverse SCs. Autophagy degradation system maintaining cell renewal homeostasis. autophagy level, D-gal. Using chloroquine (CQ), an inhibitor autophagy, rapamycin (RAPA), activator it was that plays key role amelioration injury Further studies unveiled activation mediated through AMPK/mTOR pathway. conclusion, ameliorates aging-induced signaling pathway-regulated autophagy. This study thus clearly identifies novel action treatment age-related male reproductive disorders.

Abstract Pathological cardiac hypertrophy, often triggered by the excessive production and accumulation of reactive oxygen nitrogen species (RONS), may ultimately lead to heart failure. The treatment myocardial hypertrophy involves antioxidant stress therapy. In this study, coordinating curcumin with ferric ions during synthesis Prussian blue nanoparticles, a blue‐curcumin (PB‐Cur) nanozyme is successfully engineered exceptional (RONS) elimination capabilities. Following PVP modification, PB‐Cur exhibited favorable biocompatibility stability in aqueous solutions. Furthermore, shows remarkable reversible efficacy against both vitro vivo models. After one week treatment, group transverse aortic constriction (TAC)‐induced models displayed notable decrease fibrosis. Echocardiographic findings also revealed substantial improvement function among TAC mice following administration. Mechanistically, through (ROS) elimination, effectively downregulated oxidative stress‐related pathways, including MAPK PI3K‐Akt, which hold promise for treating diseases.

Abstract Lipotoxicity is defined as a prolonged metabolic imbalance of lipids that results in ectopic fat distribution peripheral organs such the liver, heart, and kidney. The harmful consequences excessive lipid accumulation cardiomyocytes cause cardiac lipotoxicity, which alters structure function heart. Obesity diabetes are linked to lipotoxic cardiomyopathy. These anomalies might be caused by shift accumulates toxic shifts glucose oxidation less fatty acid oxidation. Research has acids, acyl coenzyme A, diacylglycerol, ceramide stress cells. This can brought on apoptosis, impaired insulin signaling, endoplasmic reticulum stress, protein kinase C activation, p38 Ras-mitogen-activated (MAPK) or modification peroxisome proliferator–activated receptors (PPARs) family members. Curcuma longa used extract curcumin, hydrophobic polyphenol derivative with variety pharmacological characteristics. Throughout years, curcumin been utilized an anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anticancer, hepatoprotective, cardioprotective, anti-diabetic, anti-obesity drug. Curcumin reduces lipotoxicity inhibiting apoptosis decreasing expression apoptosis-related proteins, reducing inflammatory cytokines, activating autophagy signaling pathway, marker proteins.
