The emerging field of cancer phenomics provides comprehensive insights into tumor heterogeneity, promoting advances in personalized oncology. This study explores current research hotspots and future development trends through a bibliometric analysis from 2000 to 2023. Using data the Web Science Core Collection, we analyzed 1260 publications identify global contributions collaborative networks. Employing CiteSpace VOSviewer tools, examined trends, highlighting disease progression, multi-omics integration, phenotypic drug discovery as major focus areas. Key findings reveal that United States, China, Kingdom are leading contributors, with top institutions such Harvard Medical School advancing fostering international collaboration. Additionally, underscores prominence double-positive (DP) T cells natural killer (NK) immunology, showcasing their potential roles screening therapeutics.
