BACKGROUND
Chronic

multiple
sclerosis,
as

characterize
profile
users
involved
these
conversations,
identify
prevalent
topics,
measure
public
perception,
evaluate
treatment
efficacy,
detect
discussions
most
frequent
non-medical
issues.
METHODS
72,874
tweets
English
Spanish
containing
pre-specified
keywords
were
collected
between
2018
2022.
A
manual
review
was
conducted
2,500
tweets,
larger
subset
classified
by
machine
learning
methods.
Subsequently,
pain
conditions
analyzed
examine
their
content,
types

RESULTS
