Bu araştırmada, sağlık personeli örnekleminde duygusal zekâ, iletişim becerisi ve iş stresi arasındaki ilişkilerin incelenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Araştırmanın evrenini Yozgat ili içerisinde hizmet veren Şehir Hastanesi Bozok Üniversitesi Araştırma Uygulama Hastanesi’nde görev yapan 2552 oluşturmaktadır. Çalışma, 557 çalışanının katılımı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada demografik bilgi anketi, dört boyuttan oluşan zekâ ölçeği, tek becerilerini değerlendirme ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Verilerin normal dağılması nedeniyle analizlerde parametrik testler Değişkenler ilişki etkinin tespit edilmesinde Spearman korelasyon analizi çoklu doğrusal regresyon Analizler, zekânın becerisini pozitif yönde, stresini negatif yönde etkilediğini becerisinin ise göstermektedir. Sağlık çalışanlarının becerilerinin artıracak uygulamalara ağırlık verilmelidir.

Background/Objectives: Obesity is an emerging public health problem in the world, and professionals are most likely to be exposed several occupational determinants thereof. These include long working hours, shift work, high job stress, irregular food intake, poor opportunities for healthy eating, physical inactivity at work. Healthcare workers' stressful jobs typically lead eating habits less opportunity exercise, contributing obesity risk. The primary objective of this study determine prevalence among healthcare employees identify unique predictors that contribute population. Material Methods: Data were collected between 2021 2023 from 557 participants through anthropometric measurement a structured questionnaire using stratified random sampling technique. Results: found 18.6% classified as obese or morbidly (12.9% 5.7%, respectively), while 33.8% overweight. strong included older age (>30 years, AOR = 2.404, p < 0.001) nursing services (AOR 1.999, 0.003). Furthermore, 34.3% respondents had no activity, 71.5% slept than 8 h per day, 58.5% consumed fast one two times week. A significant association was with gender (p 0.001), females being higher risk, type department 0.002), staff However, predictable factors did not nationality, family size, hours TV watching, fast-food consumption. Conclusions: findings highlight burden employees, underscoring need workplace interventions. strategy address highly vulnerable population should directed toward enhancing activities, improving habits, managing particularly workers staff.

This research seeks to explore the relationship between occupational stress, burnout syndrome, and employee wellbeing among medical professionals in Saudi Arabia. It aims elucidate impact of stress while examining moderating role wellbeing. Additionally, study identify predictors factors promote alignment with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) organization. A sample 300 selected using convenient random sampling, ensuring diversity age, social status, income, education levels. Standardized instruments, including Occupational Stress Index, Maslach Burnout Inventory, Employee Wellbeing Survey Questionnaire were employed collect data. Multiple regression analysis structural equation modelling are used for data analysis, facilitated by SPSS AMOS software. The findings indicated a direct significant on syndrome professionals. Furthermore, emotional is observed moderate burnout, highlighting its importance mitigating adverse effects. underscores critical managing enhancing fostering sustainable organizational development. By identifying factors, organizations can implement targeted interventions achieve long term sustainability.

The coronavirus disease (COVID-19) has affected people psychologically worldwide, particularly healthcare personnel. Even though the COVID-19 pandemic situation eased, personnel must still perform their duties, which resulted in psychological impacts, stress. This study aimed to examine risk factors associated with stress among post-COVID-19 northeast Thailand. A cross-sectional analytic design was conducted from January April 2023. One thousand and three hundred workers were selected primary, secondary, tertiary hospitals across 16 districts within Chaiyaphum province. questionnaires used collect data, test 5 (ST-5) questionnaire investigate overall rate for 15.47%, including very severe (8.85%) (6.62%). consisted of work position, environment work, personal life such as education level income, responsibility taking care family members, addition experiencing quarantine more likely have a high problems workers. result highlighted that mental health should be critical situations, those found severely afflicted undergo professional care. To prevent issues, stress, organizations concerned strong organizational management, includes supporting bonuses providing high-quality protective equipment (PPE) staff.
