Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of complex Korean medicine treatment for abdominal pain after chemotherapy.Methods: A 69-year-old male diagnosed with lung cancer complained chemotherapy and was hospitalized 32 days. The patient received treatments, including acupuncture, along herbal medicine, Gaewool-whadam-jeon.Results: After days treatment, decreased on Gastrointestinal Symptom Rating Scale (GSRS) (from 18 2), numeric rating scale (NRS) (8 3), visual analog (VAS) (10 3). quality life improved in Version 2 36-item Short-Form Health Survey, physical component summary (PCS) from 20 61.9, mental (MCS) 15.9 50.9. three-month follow-up discharge confirmed continued improvement symptoms no significant side effects.Conclusion: suggests that may be effective managing chemotherapy.
