ABSTRACT Airway inflammatory diseases include allergic rhinitis (AR), chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS), bronchial asthma (BA), obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and idiopathic fibrosis (IPF). Single‐cell sequencing (SCS), as a powerful tool for revealing cellular molecular landscapes at single‐cell resolution, which has revealed many of the intrinsic biological features dynamics airway inflammation, viral infections other pathologies, well constructing immune health states. We reviewed literature focusing on past several years have focused using SCS technology increased our understanding cell landscape diseases, including CRS, AR, BA, COPD, IPF, cells in healthy pathological conditions. also elucidated role subset T cells, myeloid cell, basophils mast by SCS. Meanwhile we highlighted use to explore potential mechanisms interactions.
