Objective: In the context of rising concerns about psychological well-being college students in China, this study explores predictive effects mindfulness, core socialist values, and self-enhancement on their health. These factors are particular interest due to relevance emotional regulation, social support, self-perception, which critical a rapidly changing environment. Methods: The involved 487 from colleges Yunnan Province. Participants completed Core Socialist Values Scale, Mindfulness Comprehensive Psychological Health Assessment Questionnaire (including Positive Negative Affect Schedule, Depression Anxiety Stress Scales, Satisfaction with Life Scale), Self-enhancement Strategy Questionnaire. Data were collected through online questionnaires analyzed using SPSS 27. Results: Correlation analysis showed significant positive correlations between mindfulness health (r = 0.50, p < 0.01), values 0.29, 0.01). No correlation was found -0.03, > 0.05).
