Abstract: Dysmenorrhea, classified as primary dysmenorrhea and secondary dysmenorrhea, is a common gynecological symptom that seriously affects female daily life. The global incidence of primary dysmenorrhea is continuously increasing, and understanding its research trends crucial for effective pain management women's health. Therefore, this study aims to perform a comprehensive bibliometric analysis identify hotspots, explore emerging trends, provide valuable insights future endeavors.All the relevant studies on in Web Science™ Core Collection database were searched analysis.
