The emergence of COVID-19 caused a significant global threat, affecting populations worldwide. Interviews transcribed analyzed NVivo 12 software generated five themes through inductive analysis. Five emerged from participants' experiences: Heading towards hospital, Health Care Quality, Impact Mental Health, Recovering Back one's feet. These all positive negative experiences. Socio-environmental factors along with disease itself healthcare providers guided reaction was important conciliators during pandemic.
