Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are crucial for any economy to grow succeed, as evidenced in the Pakistani context, where SMEs contribute 30% of country’s GDP. The objective this study is link green servant leadership (GSL) pro-environmental behaviour (PEB) employees, particularly SMEs, which very few studies have investigated. This study is based on social exchange theory (SET) upper echelon (UET) investigate how relationship between TL employees’ mediated intellectual agility (EIA) voice (EV).
