In
the
digital
age,
human-algorithm
interaction
has
become
ubiquitous.
The
popularity
of
short-form
video
apps
led
to
greater
access
and
experience
with
algorithmic
recommender
systems,
but
it
also
exposed
their
potential
problems
dark
sides.
However,
there
is
still
limited
knowledge
about
side
over-recommendation
from
perspective
user
perception,
especially
regarding
negative
impact
on
users'
psychology
behavior.
Drawing
social
cognitive
theory,
this
study
constructed
a
theoretical
model
investigate
how
information
environment
factors
influence
dissonance
discontinuance
intention
under
antecedent
dimension
perceived
over-recommendation.
was
tested
using
partial
least
squares
structural
equation
modeling
322
valid
questionnaires
users

Douyin).
results
showed
that
when
over-recommendation,
narrowing,
redundancy,
overload,
privacy
invasion
significantly

dissonance,

intention.
