BACKGROUND Examining patterns of media consumption and their associations with mental health outcomes in the general population during coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has implications for public future pandemics. AIM To investigate depressive anxiety symptoms among adults affected by COVID-19 pandemic. METHODS A total 8473 were recruited through snowball sampling an online cross-sectional survey. Abstract There is little empirical data on the heightened risk of loneliness among individuals residing in COVID-19 epicenter or those who have recently left.
