Abstract Purpose Good sleep is one of the necessary conditions to ensure normal performance physiological and psychological functions college students. This study aimed explore relationship between mobile phone addiction bedtime procrastination among Chinese students mediating mechanisms physical exercise anxiety two, with a view seek ways prevent intervene in students' improve their quality. Methods Using SPSS 29.0 analysis Bootstrap's method, 3,800 first-year students, sophomores, juniors were given Mobile Phone Addiction Tendency Scale, Bedtime Procrastination Physical Activity Anxiety Scale. The results analyses included mediation tests effect activity. Results (1)The correlation revealed significant positive correlations (r = 0.149, p < 0.01) as well 0.497, 0.01). Additionally, there was negative activity -0.447, also found have -0.506, -0.424, Furthermore, showed 0.334, (2) acted substantial mediators nighttime procrastination. Both had considerable masking effects, amounting 50.3% 25.1%, respectively. (3) played chain role procrastination, significant, size 13.4%. Conclusions reveals special characteristics influencing factors pathways this group providing targeted evidence for prevention intervention It has an important reference value effects comprehensive enhance quality

In rural areas of China, the prevalence obesity in children has grown continuously, becoming a major problem field pediatrics. The purpose this study is to investigate relationship between Internet use and explore mediating role unhealthy dietary preferences. This empirically tested impact on its mechanism by using survey data Chinese primary secondary school students, OLS model, two-stage least squares method, mediation effect model. provides new evidence that higher when more internet time spent. When length increased one unit, BMI-Z value 11.2%. Analysis shows significant through three types diets: "fast food preference", "snack preference" "soft drink sugary fruit (all at 1% level). Heterogeneity analysis found non-left behind (NLBC), male depressed children's was significantly affected (significant 1%, 10% 10%, respectively). rate spent, especially NLBC, boys children.
