Purpose The study aims to understand the association between subjective well-being, psychological work satisfaction and engagement amongst middle-level hospitality managers. Design/methodology/approach data were collected from 624 managers working in two corporate hotel chains across five north-western states of India. Structural equation modelling (SEM) with a covariance-based approach (CB-SEM) was implemented using SPSS AMOS, adhering two-step process that included both measurement structural models. application CB-SEM primarily aimed (1) evaluate cascading impacts constructs (2) scrutinise concurrent relationships constructs, specific focus on well-being (both subjective), context-specific job engagement. This study delves into the interconnections among corporate social responsibility, green intellectual capital, ambidextrous innovation, and sustainable performance, particularly in context of Industry 4.0 sustainability. A questionnaire-based survey was conducted, a sample 317 small medium enterprises collected. Mobile social media has become indispensable to university students' communication with various socio-demographic populations, exposing them diverse networks and augmenting their network heterogeneity. Although the psychological ramifications of heterogeneity have been extensively examined, its correlated academic outcomes remain inconclusive. The current study formulated an integrated theoretical research model based on stressor-stress-outcome framework investigate influence factors associated (specifically, privacy invasion, comparison, self-presentation, excessive WeChat use) exhaustion, well-being, well-being among students.
