The new situations, problems, and challenges facing urban fire safety work are gradually increasing in China, so innovating governance modes is an urgent task. In the management practice of Chinese government, establishment co-management system important measure for aggregating resources improving level prevention, as well control. order to reveal clarify interacting relationships influencing mechanisms among multiple subjects system, we constructed game model comprising supervision departments, production units, public based on evolutionary theory. stability explored from perspective subjects. factors strategy selection between were investigated using numerical simulation analysis. research results show that elevating informatization co-management, risk perception public, disclosure information conducive stimulating public’s positivity participate co-management. Strengthening accountability superior government ensuring departments. above measures have positive value optimizing China’s systems, establishing synergy, social situations.

In today’s increasingly complex healthcare environment, China’s public hospitals face enormous financial challenges. The high degree of uncertainty and suddenness risks make need more sophisticated real-time risk early warning mechanisms. To address this challenge, machine learning algorithms are introduced as a powerful tool to construct accurate efficient models.the purpose dissertation is summarize the recent research progress in constructing models for Chinese based on algorithms. establishment can not only help hospital management better understand situation, but also identify potential advance, which provide support timely adjustment strategies countermeasures.

Background Cross-regional settlement management is a key indicator of national health insurance system maturity. Given the significant demand for cross-regional medical treatment among Chinese patients with malignant tumors and territorially managed system, further research necessary to explore relationship between hospital methods treatment-seeking behaviors these patients. This study introduces validates an evolutionary game model that provides theoretical foundation direct policies in treatment. Methods An was constructed hospitals serving as strategic players within dynamic system. integrates patients’ utility, nonmedical costs, hospitals’ financial technological advancement benefits. Results The stability analysis revealed seven-game outcomes tumors. numerical simulations suggest convergence toward strategy (1, 0), indicating trend where opt treatment, yet choose not implement policy. Parameter sensitivity showed parameters set this affected player behavioral choices equilibria. Conclusion A strong tumors, some require more incentives settlements. factors influencing willingness resettle include costs in-area care, without settlement, utility Technological benefits input influence motivation adopt Policy adjustments effectively can facilitate equilibrium, enhance initiatives local departments, improve accessibility efficiency services, reduce expenses
