For a transformation of the global food system towards sustainability, circular approaches and nutrient-rich side-stream valorization are mandatory. Moreover, affordable sustainable alternatives to corn, soy, fish meal needed in poultry production. Recently, insects their derived products have gained research interest as alternative sources conventional feed ingredients nutrition. The Mediterranean fruit fly (medfly; Ceratitis capitata) production industry using sterile insect technology amasses thousands tonnes rearing residues annually. This study is first shed light on potential use medfly (MFRR), partial replacement for corn soybean Gimmizah chicks' diets, with or without biological supplementation (BS). It evaluates effects growth, carcass characteristics, blood indices, serum biochemical histological changes internal organs. A 7-week trial was conducted 240, 15-day-old chicks, which were randomly divided into four groups (6 replicates, 10 birds each): group (T1) fed corn-soybean control diet, 2nd (T2) diet enriched 1 ml BS/kg diet. 3rdgroup (T3) received after replacing % MFRR meal, while 4th (T4) by combined BS. All isoenergetic isoprotienic diets free access water 49 days period. Compared control, both BS inclusion (T4 T3, respectively) positively improved body weight, consumption, conversion, performance index yield. Blood analysis showed increased red cells, hemoglobin, packed cell volume, total protein, albumin, globulins, triglycerides, cholesterol, thyroxine hormone, uric acid creatinine, no adverse alteration bursa intestine. In conclusion, suggests that can effectively replace traditional ingredients, BS, enhancing health. Further future studies recommended broader application
