Modern
organizations
have
developed
ambitious
environmental
goals,
but
there
is
a
gap
between
espoused
goals
and
actual
practices
outcomes.
Green
transformational
leadership
(GTL)
viewed
as
one
of
the
strategies
that
can
use
to
translate
into
green
However,
literature
examining
outcomes
fragmented
disjointed.
This
study
sought
conduct
systematic
review
studies
on
GTL
for
purposes
synthesis
presenting
them
single
platform.
A
search
was
conducted
EBSCOhost
yielded
141
results
out
which
36
articles
made
it
final
review.
The
analysis
revealed
majority
been
in
Southeast
Asia
focus
employee
behaviour
outcome.
Other
include
creativity,
performance,
resilience.
reveals
utilize
quantitative
approach
predominantly
employing
cross-sectional
designs,
with
significant
emphasis
identifying
mediating
moderating
factors
shape
this
relationship.
Based
these
findings,
recommends
diversification
research
methodologies
incorporate
longitudinal,
experimental
qualitative
approaches
enhance
understanding
paucity
within
African
continent
raises
questions
regarding
commitment
countries
towards
realization
sustainable
development
(SDGs).
There
need
explore
regions
currently
underrepresented
literature,
particularly
East
context,
gain

Purpose
This
paper
explores
the
effect
of
green
HRM
practices
and
greener
dynamics
towards
performance
management
(GPM)
in
hotels
Pakistan.

demonstrates
GSE
creativity
(GC)
GPM.

GI

predictor
GPM
but
not
GC,
which
positively
significantly
affects
Practical
implications
The

new
insights
provides
guidelines
for
policymakers
hotel
authorities
understand
leverage
industry.
By
providing
fresh
theoretical
lens,
such
as
GPM,
HRM,
GSE,
analyse

correlations
