Heart valve replacement has many complications that affect patients and their family caregivers. Increasing patients' self-efficacy in dealing with reducing the care burden of caregivers are among critical factors impact quality life. This study was conducted examine effect a App on undergoing heart surgery. A randomized clinical trial pre-test / post-test design conducted.
