Introduction . By enhancing detection accuracy, therapeutic effectiveness and minimizing side effects, nanotechnology may contribute to improve diagnostics treatment of patients with female reproductive system cancer. Aim : summarize current literature data assess а role in cervical cancer (CC), ovarian (OC), endometrial (EC) reveal gaps requiring further research. Materials Methods The search was carried out the electronic databases PubMed/MEDLINE, Google Scholar eLibrary using following keywords: “gynecological cancer”, “targeted therapy”, “cervical “ovarian “endometrial “nanotechnology”, “nanoparticles”. All works were published between 2011 2024. Results Nanocarrier-based drug delivery systems represent a promising approach oncology, providing precise directly tumor cells. Such systems, including liposomes, nanoparticles, micelles, dendrimers, are characterized by advanced efficiency, reduced toxicity, as well opportunity for controlled release active components. Nanotechnologies increase vaccines prolonging their half-life, affect СС microenvironment potentiate antitumor immune response minimal toxicity. Nanovaccines capable delivering antigens adjuvants cells, improving ОС results. show prominent potential EC despite that this context remains understudied compared other types Conclusion Nanoparticles can carry both conventional drugs protein- nucleic acid-based However, only few nanoparticle-based treatments have been approved use. field is making significant progress toward more effective widely available treatments.

Among oncological diseases of women, gynecological deserve special attention. Gynecological tumors are important to women's health throughout the world. Notably, gynecologic malignancies represent a prevalent category cancers affecting women globally. Single nucleotide polymorphisms have emerged as promising source genetic information better understand complex such cancer, in terms etiology, interindividual differences and treatment response. In this review, we summarize some selected gene single polymorphisms’ implication cancer susceptibility/predisposition, well potential use markers for improved diagnosis individualized cancers. Furthermore, review explores advances biotechnology that contributed management tumors, particular endometrial with focus on molecular diagnostics, therapeutic innovations, personalized medicine. It is critical investigate sociated susceptibility/predisposition them might be utilized useful assessing predisposition further used modalities individuals similar polymorphism profile. Moreover, recent advancements biosensing technologies, particularly nano-biosensors microfluidic biosensors, significantly enhanced detection tumor markers. Taken together, revolution research, diagnosis, has been made possible by decades.
